Weight Loss Programmes

I am a clinical Hypnotherapist, Hypnoanalyst and also a Nutritional Therapist. This programme enables me to use my skills as a Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist and Advanced BWRT® Practitioner/Motivational Weight Loss Coach and combine them with my skills as a Nutritional Therapist to help you on your weight loss journey although it does not fall under the typical Nutritional Therapy skills.

BWRT® Transformational Coaching

An amazingly exciting and powerful tailored coaching programme using BWRT® in association with other equally effective therapies such as parts therapy in the form of Warriors, Settlers & Nomads and the unique SymbioDynamics ® goal achievement plan, the combination of which aims to seek out and resolve hidden conflicts and triggers which may be hindering your weight loss journey.

As this is a tailored programme session numbers may vary but typically would be in the region of 6-8 sessions. Sessions include

Assessment of goals
Seeking to resolve any emotions, restrictions, negativities, conflicts and triggers
Motivation and motivational Tasks
Full nutritional programme, guidance given including help implementing such advice.
Healthy eating plan where you take control

I have found this to be a truly effective way of finding and resolving those triggers, motivating you to become the person you really want to be!

Motivational Weight Loss Programme

The Motivational Weight Loss Programme is designed to offer motivational support, combined with hypnosis and nutritional approaches in the form of weight loss tips, a complete 6 week diet programme, menu hints, to support clients to achieve their weight loss goals.

A summary of what’s included in the Motivational Weight Loss Programme

A 6 session programme incorporating motivational and straight talking coaching, formal hypnosis and homework tasks over 6 weeks duration
5 day diet diary may be requested by your therapist prior to commencement
Opportunity for a nutritional assessment (I am qualified to do this on a separate basis)
One to one weekly sessions
Daily contact either by text or email as agreed
Hypnotherapy sessions tailored individually for you and your needs

Daily motivational tasks as agreed between therapist and client to keep you focused
Self-hypnosis taught to keep you positive
Healthy 80/20 eating plan supplied together with tips on how to maximise the plan to support your health
A complete 6 week eating plan provided
Weigh ins will be done as requested by the hypnotherapist if appropriate
Essential homework as agreed between the therapist and client

The Motivational Hypnosis Weight Loss Programme fee is payable in advance.
